Coil drill: Create a little more resistance in the backswing for power

Many people swing without creating any coil or resistance in the backswing.

There needs to be some resistance between the upper body and the lower body if you are to generate maximum power and clubhead speed.

This drill will help you find the feel for coil in the backswing by restricting the amount the body can turn. Use this feeling during practice and watch as you drives fly further on the course.
